The initial and ongoing management of our clients projects and employees is from the UK. Progress is communicated regularly and available at all times for ad hoc progress updates and clarifications. All management issues, invoicing, service level agreements and high level operations are accountable to the UK office.
ESG encourages complete transparency and ease of communication and so provides various methods of direct communication so that our clients can contact those working on their projects directly. These include for instance: video conferencing, remote desktop access, online chat and a phone number we assign locally to the client. All these tools come at no extra cost to the client.
We also provide our own cloud based system, ESG Desk, which is a unique workflow, attendance and progress reporting tool and central area for communications and collaboration between our clients and their teams. ESG Desk has been an invaluable benefit to our clients and in included in all our services.
